We are a Hong Kong based Micro-Roaster and Green Coffee Importer. Our Story began in 2022 on the road to Milan for the World Cup Tasters Championship where Jaco eventually secured 1st Runners Up. While we thought the prize was the trophy, we came to meet incredible producers, processors and coffee people across the value chain with an infectious passion and excitement. Smoky Shark Coffee grew from the seeds of these connections and relationships - which we hope grows from strength to strength with time. And more than coffee and flavours, we hope to celebrate and share that connection with you.
